1. Visit app.excent.capital: Head over to our platform using your web browser.

2. Sign Up: Look for the "Sign Up" button, usually located in the top right corner. Click on it to begin the registration process.

3. Enter Your Information: Fill out the registration form accurately, providing your full name, email address, and creating a secure password.

4. Create Your Account: Once you've entered your details, click on the "Create Account" button.

5. Verify Your Email: We'll send a confirmation email containing a verification link. Check your inbox and click on the link to activate your account.

6. Log in and Open a Live Account: Once your account is verified, log in using your email address and password. Look for the "Open Live Account" button, usually located in the top right corner within the platform.

Proof of Identity (POI)

  • Both sides of a government-issued photo ID, such as a passport, national ID card, driver's license, or resident card, in the client's full name.
  • The image or scan must be in color, clear, and show all four corners. For a photo ID card, a copy of both sides is required.
  • The name on the ID must match the name on the application form.
  • The ID must show the client's date of birth and be valid for at least three months beyond the date of submission.

Proof of Address (POA)

  • Acceptable documents include:
  • A bank statement or statement from a regulated broker dated within the last 3 months.
  • A utility bill from an electricity, gas, water, or landline telephone provider dated within the last 3 months.
  • A credit card statement from a major regulated bank dated within the last 3 months.
  • A document issued by the applicant's tax authority or government and/or Tax Identification Number.
  • A national ID card, driver's license, or resident card (not used as POI). The document must be valid for at least three months beyond the date of submission.
  • Must show the applicant's name and residential address as indicated on the application.

10. Fund Your Account: Once your documents are uploaded and approved, you'll be able to deposit funds into your account using various convenient payment methods. Choose your preferred method and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the deposit.
